DCRS Online

I purchased DCRS Mobile/DCRS Dispatch and I need to re-download it!

You can download your purchased DCRS software anytime by logging into DCRS Online. Then, click 'Software' from the top menu bar. Finally, choose the software you wish to download. At the top of the page, it will let you know you already purchased that software and have a link to download!

 

Do you offer a one time payment option for your software?

We no longer offer a one time payment option for any of our desktop systems.

 

Why do I get an error when trying to edit one of my staff members?

Agency ID's are case sensitive. When your members register, make sure they use the same casing as you. For example, if your agency ID is 'DEMO123' and your member puts 'demo123', you will get an error when trying to edit the user. Your members can edit their agency ID by logging in to DCRS Online, then clicking 'Officers' on the left menu bar, and finally choosing 'Edit Personal Info'.

 

I accidentally accepted someone into my agency! How do I remove them?

To remove someone from your agency, go to the management menu on the sidebar. Click 'Edit Staff' and then click the tile of the user you want to remove. Then click 'Remove from Agency'.

 

The online MDT is disabled and says I need a unit number assigned. How do I assign a unit number?

Only the management members of your agency can assign you a unit number. If you are a management user, login to DCRS Online. First make sure the unit has been created on the unit board in the 'Dispatch' section. Then click on the 'Management' tab of the sidebar and then click 'Edit Staff'. Choose the user you want to assign the unit number to and then choose from the dropdown menu in the top right corner. Finally, save the new changes.

 

I was assigned a unit number but my MDT is disabled! What do I do?

Simply log out and back in to reset the MDT.

   

DCRS Mobile

When I try to login to DCRS Mobile, it says I need a unit number! How do I assign a unit number?

Only the management members of your agency can assign you a unit number. If you are a management user, login to DCRS Online. First make sure the unit has been created on the unit board in the 'Dispatch' section. Then click on the 'Management' tab of the sidebar and then click 'Edit Staff'. Choose the user you want to assign the unit number to and then choose from the dropdown menu in the top right corner. Finally, save the new changes.
